Job Title: Associate Scientist

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting a search for an Associate Scientist focused on sample management, analytical testing, and data interpretation in a fast-paced laboratory environment. We are looking for a candidate who can help support late-stage protein characterization, structural elucidation, and forced degradation studies while contributing to strong data quality and clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sample inventories to track receipt, storage, status, and disposition in collaboration with end users and analysts.
• Support late-stage protein characterization, structural elucidation, and forced degradation studies using liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis.
• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, qualify, and transfer analytical methods that support process characterization, comparability assessments, investigations, and control-strategy development.
• Interpret complex analytical data and author, review, or verify technical documentation.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
• 2 years of experience.
• Experience in a biopharmaceutical working environment.
• Hands-on experience with biologics testing by liquid chromatography and biologics testing by capillary electrophoresis.
