Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
- Proven experience in research and development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
