Research Associate

Plan, coordinate, and execute field trial tests for metallurgical products (Ferro Alloys).

Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to set up trials and collect real-time data.

Analyze test results, prepare reports, and provide feedback for product improvement.

Troubleshoot issues arising during field trials and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure proper documentation of test procedures, results, and observations.

Stay updated on industry standards and ensure compliance with testing protocols.

Train and assist customers or production teams in product application and performance evaluation.

Education & Exp: 2 5 Year Experience

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years in metallurgy, ferro alloys, metal processing, or field testing.

Preferable skills:

Knowledge of ferro alloys, metal powders, Melting & Casting, or heat treatment processes.

Experience with testing equipment such as furnaces, hardness testers, microscopes, or XRD.

Familiarity with metallurgy-related software (e.g., Xpert HighScore, ImageJ, Plot Digitizer).

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently in field environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Melting & Casting of Ferro Alloys, powder metallurgy, additive manufacturing, or casting processes.

Understanding of failure analysis and material characterization techniques.

Willingness to travel for field trials and customer site visits.
