Research Associate

We have an opportunity for the position of Research Associate Process R&D with Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, based in Gajraula.

Position: Research Associate – Process R&D
Experience: 2–6 Years
Location: Gajraula
Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize chemical processes through laboratory experimentation.
• Perform organic synthesis, route scouting and reaction optimization.
• Work on process troubleshooting, impurity profiling and yield improvement.
• Support scale-up from laboratory to pilot/commercial manufacturing.
• Handle technology transfer and plant trials.
• Work on process safety, documentation and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with Production, QC/Analytical, QA, EHS and Engineering teams.
