Research Associate

Responsibilities:

• Execute the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct research and development (R&D) in cooling technologies and smart materials.
• Write and review research reports, proposals, and project documentation.
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis, ensuring timely submission of findings.
• Conduct laboratory work related to materials science and product development.
• Finish outdoor research activities and site visits for data collection and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields.
• Experience in cooling systems, smart materials, thermodynamics, or sustainable energy is highly recommended.
• Strong skills in innovation, data analysis, and report writing.
