Research Associate

We are seeking a Research Associate to perform laboratory assays, manage study protocols, and support product development activities in a diagnostic development setting.

Responsibilities include

• Conducting laboratory assays following GDP and PDP standards for diagnostic applications
• Designing studies, writing protocols, and creating project schedules
• Maintaining laboratory equipment, managing reagent inventories, and maintaining detailed documentation
• Performing proof-of-concept, optimization, and feasibility studies with troubleshooting
• Supporting sample management tasks such as tracking, database updates, and sample creation

Qualifications And Skills Include

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related life sciences
• At least one year of laboratory experience in an industry setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
• Preferred experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS)
