Research Engineer 4/5 - Member Lifecycle and Monetization

For our client, we are seeking a Research Engineer 4/5 - Member Lifecycle And Monetization to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a hospitality and recreation environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $466,000 – $750,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate impactful machine learning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value-based ML applications
• Develop scalable, production-ready ML solutions from concept to deployment
• Enhance infrastructure for ML model development and deployment
• Advocate for best practices in availability, scalability, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of full-time engineering experience
• Excellent software design and development skills in Scala, Java, and Python
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts
• Broad understanding of machine learning concepts
• Familiarity with end-to-end ML pipelines and challenges
• Curiosity and motivation for solving open-ended challenges
