This is an opportunity for an LLM / Agent Research Engineer to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and production-grade agent systems .

You’ll help design the Agent Harness — the execution and control layer that enables AI agents to operate safely, reliably, and at scale .

Think beyond building prompts or calling APIs. You’ll work on the systems behind:

🧠 LLM & Transformer architectures

🤖 Complex agentic systems & multi-agent workflows

⚙️ Model routing, inference & orchestration

🧩 Memory, context management & RAG

🛡️ Guardrails, policies & AI safety

🔬 Research → production implementation

🚀 Large-scale training & inference

What we’re looking for

Must have:

• Master’s or PhD in CS, AI/ML, Mathematics, Physics, or related field

• Experience building complex LLM-based agentic systems

• Strong hands-on Software Engineering + ML experience

• LLM prompt engineering / language-model product development

• Large-scale model training & inference with PyTorch or JAX

• Deep understanding of LLMs & Transformer architectures

• Ability to reproduce and improve research papers

• Strong Python implementation skills

English: Business level required

Huge plus if you have:

• Large-scale RL for language models

• Multi-agent system design

• RLHF / DPO / alignment experience

• Multimodal / Vision-Language models

• AI safety or agent evaluation research

• Publications at NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP or equivalent

• PhD in CS, ML, NLP, or related fields

Why this role?

You won’t simply be integrating existing AI frameworks.

You’ll be building the underlying infrastructure that powers AI agents in production — execution engines, SDKs, orchestration, memory, model routing and guardrails.

The platform is already used across ~200 companies , with a development organization of around 120 engineers .

You’ll collaborate closely with Research Engineers, Agentic Product Engineers, AI QA, Infra/SRE and Product — turning the latest AI research into systems that actually run at scale.

💰 Salary: ¥7M–¥20M
