Hiring: Research Associate – Knowledge Development

Qualification: Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred
Experience: Fresher / 1 year relevant experience
Salary: As per qualification & experience

Role: Manage relationships with global associate firms, experts and freelancers; support CV preparation, proposals, documentation, research, data mining, meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with associate firms, experts, freelancers and consultants globally.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Support CV preparation, proposals and documentation.
• Track project/proposal timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct data mining, research and data development.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication & CV-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access
• Strong coordination and relationship-building skills
• Smart, polite, professional and flexible with international working hours
