Research Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Track live market signals industry trends, hiring trends, target markets, competitors, expansions, funding news across sectors

• Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google and other online channels

• Generate qualified leads for target sectors

• Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate contact and company information

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, cold calling and LinkedIn outreach

• Understand prospects business requirements and identify potential opportunities

• Schedule client meetings and prepare pre-meeting research decks for client pitches for BD Manager

• Support real-time data pulls during live deal conversations

• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain lead status in CRM

• Work closely with BD Manager to convert qualified leads into business opportunities

• Track daily/weekly lead generation activities and achieve assigned targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills spoken and written English
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, or similar B2B research tools
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to research and turn around accurate information quickly, under time pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Education: Any Graduate (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing background)
