We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate, Research Project Management with one of Omnicom’s leading market research agencies. This role supports global primary research execution, ensuring timely delivery, data accuracy, and quality standards. Ideal for those starting a career in research operations. The Research Associate provides general support to the project management staff with set-up, compliance, field management, invoicing and other related functions.

Responsibilities

Interview Preparation & Logistics:

• Assist project managers with Discuss.io platform management (booking, downloading interview audios, transcripts, etc.)
• Helps to maintain "best interviews" folder
• Forsta Pre-Test Booking coordination
  Field Management:
• Provide general support to project managers
• Assist in creation of project management required materials (Task Orders, Consent Forms, etc.)
• Maintain and distribute Moderator Availability Sheet
• Assist with creation of facility details documents for clients
• Assists with the coordination of client needs (printing, food, etc.)
• Box setup for Qual OUS 
  Project Management Support:
• Assist Operations staff with general project management tasks, providing additional support as needed.
• Perform other project-related tasks as requested to ensure project success.
  Vendor Management:
• Assists project managers in vendor related tasks as needed
• Create Purchase Order #s
• Assists with End of Project reporting regarding vendor performance
• Assists with annual vendor reviews as needed

Qualifications

• MBA or 1+ years of general office experience preferred
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Solutions oriented; ability to offer perspective on process efficiencies
• Motivated, pro-active, flexible, accurate and driven
• Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good organizational skills, combined with the ability to multi-task and prioritize potentially conflicting work demands
• Knowledgeable in related and applicable technologies
