Source Document Writer – Palm Research Center

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm

About the Role

Join our clinical research team as a Source Document Writer, responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, complete, and timely source documentation within our real-time Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). You'll play a key role in supporting clinical trial operations, working closely with Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Coordinators, and Regulatory staff to ensure study records meet GCP and protocol requirements.

What You'll Do

• Document clinical visits, procedures, assessments, medications, adverse events, and lab results per protocol

• Enter and maintain accurate records in real time within the CTMS

• Review documentation for completeness and resolve discrepancies with the research team

• Support audit and inspection readiness (sponsor, monitor, and regulatory)

• Follow ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and company SOPs

• Collaborate with investigators and coordinators to ensure documentation accuracy

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical/medical documentation, or a related healthcare field

• Strong medical terminology knowledge and written communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines

• Comfort learning new software systems

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in clinical research, healthcare, nursing, or life sciences

• CRC experience; familiarity with eSource, EDC, CTMS, or EMR/EHR platforms

• Knowledge of FDA/ICH-GCP guidelines

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
