Your new company

You'll join an international market research and analytics company that helps leading brands make better decisions about their brand, communications, innovation, media investments and customer experience. The organisation works with clients across retail, FMCG, telecom, energy, finance, government and many other sectors , combining human understanding with data, analytics and technology.

Within the company, a dedicated team runs a consumer-facing mobile app where t housands of users across multiple countries take part in surveys , share their opinions and contribute to research studies in exchange for rewards. The team focuses on a smooth and engaging user experience while delivering market-leading insights to (inter)national brands.

Your new role

As Research Support, you'll be part of an international Data & Analytics team in Groningen, working at the intersection of digital products, media research and process innovation. You will:

• Support the setup, testing and deployment of online surveys and questionnaires on the platform
• Assist with project management activities, including timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination and quality control checks
• Monitor fieldwork progress and help ensure data quality throughout the research process
• Collaborate with consultants , data scientists and operations teams to deliver high-quality insights for clients
• Contribute to documentation , process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
• G et involved in the development of internal tools , automations and AI-enabled research workflows

What you'll need to succeed

You're an enthusiastic and curious professional with an interest in digital products, communication and user engagement. You also have:

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• An interest in survey methodology, data collection and research technology
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• A proactive and curious mindset
• An affinity with AI, automation or digital tools

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey or similar
• Knowledge of AI applications in research or business processes
• Knowledge of, or interest in learning, SQL for data querying and cleaning
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese or Korean
