Job Summary

Terra Tech Engineering is seeking a Researcher to support a variety of research and development projects. Our work spans mining, civil and structural engineering, renewable energy, soil mechanics, and environmental science. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys learning across several technical fields and can communicate findings clearly in writing and in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to support engineering, scientific and environmental projects
• Perform literature reviews and summarize technical findings
• Collect, organize and analyze project data
• Write and help prepare technical reports, proposals, permits, and project documentation
• Present findings clearly to project managers, technical staff and clients
• Support project managers and technical staff on a variety of assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field (such as Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Natural Resources, Engineering or a similar discipline), or equivalent research experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, well-organized technical documents
• Ability to interpret and summarize complex technical information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Research experience through employment, internships, academic projects, or laboratory work preferred
• Familiarity with mining, civil or structural engineering, renewable energy or soil mechanics a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
