• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of research methodologies to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to foster innovation and improvement.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their research capabilities.

Professional Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience in managing and executing research projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to present research findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with data management and reporting tools relevant to asset performance and research analysis.
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
• This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates
