Researcher / Consultant (SG/HK)

We have multiple positions for Recruitment Consultant and/or Researcher to complement the team as our portfolio expands. We are open to both Hong Kong and Singapore-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage client business relationships
• Function as a career counsellor and talent advisor, working with candidates and clients to navigate and guide their recruiting journey.
• Be responsible for executing searches for some of the most intriguing and exciting companies in the world.
• Map and deep dive into the relevant industries and verticals that we focus on

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with a passion for working with and engaging with people
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

We are open to fresh graduates, prior recruitment experience will not be required but would be advantageous. There will be a strong commitment to training and helping the individual to succeed on the job.
