🎯 What We Are Looking For:

Background & Experience

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. (preferred) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on R&D/industrial experience with a track record of managing multi-faceted research projects.

Technical Expertise

• Deep expertise in adsorption materials (zeolites, MOFs, CMS) and adsorption processes (PSA, VSA, TSA).
• Strong background in multi-scale chemical processes, environmental regulations, and industrial engineering.
• An established professional network within Chinese academia and gas separation sectors.
