• Lead Tool & Process Optimization: Operate, optimize, maintain, and troubleshoot state-of-the-art in-house ALD/CVD systems using advanced precursor materials for semiconductor and high-end industrial applications.
• Advanced Characterization: Perform comprehensive thin-film characterization and analyze complex data using analytical tools (e.g., Ellipsometry, XPS, SEM, FIB-TEM).
• Champion Lab Safety & Quality: Strictly adhere to Air Liquide safety standards and maintain premier laboratory environments through rigorous 5S practices.
• External Ecosystem Collaboration: Build and foster collaborative R&D partnerships with external leaders, including top universities, customers, and key suppliers.
• Global Team Integration: Seamlessly collaborate across cross-functional, multicultural global research teams to accelerate innovation.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

• Proactive Leadership: Self-motivated with strong technical leadership skills; capable of managing lab operations autonomously, designing experimental matrices, and solving technical bottlenecks.
• Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science/Engineering, Physics , or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on expertise with ALD/CVD deposition equipment and thin-film material synthesis/characterization.
• Characterization Capabilities: Demonstrated familiarity or experience with structural, chemical, and electrochemical characterization techniques (e.g., XRD, SEM, XPS, EIS).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of producing clear scientific reports and presentations.
• Global Mindset: Strong interpersonal agility to collaborate effortlessly across global business units and international R&D stakeholders.
