Job Description To handle room reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring all reservation requests are processed according to hotel standards and procedures. The Reservation Agent – Daily Worker supports the Reservations and Front Office teams in providing excellent guest service, maximizing room occupancy, and maintaining accurate reservation records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in hotel reservations or Front Office is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel reservation systems or PMS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized in handling reservation data.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure, multitask, and work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Available to work as a Daily Worker (DW), based on hotel operational requirements.
