What they need
- Deliver highest standard of customer service via phone.
- Handle the customers enquires regarding the airline products and services professionally.
- Ensure diligent follow up and full fill promises made to customers and agents.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and agents.
- Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulation are incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them with excellent service.
- Support Travel Agents by assisting them with their general enquiry and booking.
- Issue exchange order/invoices for ticketing process
- Quoting airfares and ticketing related tour fares to clients
- Complete day to day and periodical ticketing sales return
- Coordinating sales collection and reconciliation
- Ensure that all necessary ticket related documents are filed, flight schedules are updated, and brochure, sales and promotional materials are displayed and distributed to supporting agents.
- Checking/administering airfare contracts held with airlines and issuing tickets according to the rules and conditions of the fares.
- Report any irregularities that occur in the workplace to the Management.
- Able to handle customer complaints and enquires with tactfulness.
- Prepare and compile all reports and statistic on sales on timely manner.
- Follow up and feedback on sales call to agents with proactive solution.
- Attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
