RESERVATION ASSISTANT (HOTLINE)

Responding to Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from customers regarding reservations, availability, and other related inquiries.

Booking Reservations: Assist customers in booking reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are recorded.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Information Provision: Provide detailed information about services, rates, and packages offered by the company.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, reservations, and transactions.

Follow-Up: Follow up with customers regarding their reservations, confirming details and ensuring all special requests are met.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns customers may have regarding their reservations or service.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as billing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Updates and Training: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and new services to provide accurate information to customers.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call volume, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to management.
