Reservation Associate

Job Summary

The Reservation Associate handles guest and client reservations, inquiries, events, appointments, and site tours while ensuring smooth coordination with Front Office, Sales & Marketing, F&B, and other resort departments. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication, organization, customer service, and coordination skills.

Job Highlights

• Handle individual and group reservations, inquiries, modifications, and special requests
• Communicate with guests and clients through phone, email, and other platforms
• Coordinate meetings, events, functions, and client appointments
• Conduct site tours and present resort facilities, venues, packages, and services
• Assist with sales and marketing activities, promotions, menus, and client-facing materials
• Monitor and respond professionally to guest feedback and online reviews
• Coordinate client requirements and special requests with concerned departments
• Maintain accurate reservation, client, event, and follow-up records
• Support the Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Events, and F&B teams as needed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident in communicating with clients and conducting resort site tours
• Proficient in basic computer applications, email, and social media platforms
• Able to work effectively with different departments
• Experience in reservations, hospitality, sales, events, customer service, or resort operations is an advantage
