Reservation Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests and complaints regarding hotel services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
• Assist guests during arrival, departure, and room changes.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, including location, hours of operation, and services offered.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (preferably).
• Any Degree/ Diploma preferably Hotel Management in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications an asset.
• Strong skills in reservations, sales support/presales, business development, hotel rooms management.
