Reservation Associate

Experience (minimum 02 years experience - Reservations & Tele calling)

• Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with travel agents and customers.
• Manage and maintain accurate information in the reservation system.
• Ensuring guest requirements are met by liaising with hotel teams.
• Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels.
• Actively sell hotel facilities and promotions with a positive upselling approach.
• Updating reservations reports and system with accurate information.
• Previous hotel / group reservation experience will be a definitive advantage.
• Sound knowledge on hotel reservation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• The ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
