Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Reservation Staff to join the Locavore NXT team. The role is responsible for managing guest reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and personalized booking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily guest reservations through WhatsApp, phone, email, and reservation platforms.

• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations based on guest requests.

• Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, dining experience, and reservation policies.

• Record and maintain accurate reservation details.

• Follow up with guests regarding reservation confirmations.

• Coordinate with the Front of House team regarding table availability and special requests.

• Handle special occasions, dietary requirements, and other guest requests.

• Communicate important guest information to the relevant departments.

• Assist in managing the reservation list and daily seating arrangements.

• Provide warm and professional service before and during the guest's visit.

• Support other Front of House operations when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant reservations, guest relations, hospitality, or a similar position is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and confident when communicating with guests.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
