What they need
Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, in a hotel, resort, or villa.
Experience using VHP Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
Familiar with OTA Extranets such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or similar platforms.
Good understanding of reservation procedures and room/villa allocation.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
