What they need
Qualifications :
- College degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not required), with 1-2 years of experience in reservation (hospitality industry preferred).
- Manage guest reservations, inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and special requests professionally via booking systems or online platforms.
- Experience with booking systems and proficiency in reservation software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically and professionally while delivering customized guest services.
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and adaptable to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Reservation Staff at a Retreat Accommodation/Centre.
