What they need
- Handle room reservation enquiries through phone, email, OTA platforms and direct bookings.
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations and no-shows accurately.
- Maintain updated room availability, rates and reservation records in the PMS.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Sales teams regarding arrivals, departures and special requests.
- Ensure correct booking details, guest preferences, payment terms and special instructions are recorded.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Assist with managing OTA reservations and ensuring rate and inventory accuracy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
