Reservation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage hotel/ Villa reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by ensuring prompt communication with guests regarding room availability, check-in/check-out procedures, and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for occupancy according to guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including bookings, cancellations, and refunds.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
