Reservation Executive

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Reservations: Handle and process incoming booking requests through phone, email, or in-person interactions, ensuring accuracy in data entry and booking details.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and policies, providing the best options according to their preferences.
• Booking Confirmation: Confirm reservation details with clients and provide them with necessary booking information, including terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with Departments: Liaise with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Sales, or Travel Coordination) to ensure that all reservations are properly processed and confirmed.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation system.
• Upselling & Promotions: Offer additional services or products (e.g., upgrades, packages, special promotions) to customers during the booking process.
• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to bookings, cancellations, or reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor Availability: Keep track of room, seat, or service availability and ensure that the reservation system is up to date with current availability.
• Follow Procedures: Ensure that all reservation procedures comply with the company’s policies and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
