Location: Zoo Road, Guwahati, Assam
Employment: Full-Time : Travel / Hotel / Hospitality Background Candidates.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of Managing Travel Operations (Mandatory)
Preferred Expertise: Operations experience with North East India, Other Domestic Destinations in India

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, experienced, and customer-focused travel planning & coordination specialist for our travel operations team.Primarily dealing with premium B2B Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle B2B travel reservations for hotels, transportation, tours and sightseeing.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMC partners and other travel vendors for confirmations and availability.
• Process reservations received from B2B travel agents and corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, vouchers and other travel-related documents.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams for seamless execution of confirmed bookings.
• Follow up on amendments, cancellations, reconfirmations and special requests.
• Maintain accurate booking records, supplier rates and reservation status.
• Ensure timely responses to B2B partners and resolve reservation-related issues.
• Maintain professional communication with travel agents, hotels and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, agreed rates, payment terms and booking policies.

Skills Required

• Strong travel operations experience (2–4 years mandatory)
• Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy & time management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines
• Positive attitude, adaptability & willingness to learn
