Reservation Executive

We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team and handle hotel, resort, and private pool villa reservations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Malayalam, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle hotel, resort, and private pool villa reservations from enquiry to confirmation.

* Coordinate with guests and property partners to check availability, rates, and booking details.

* Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and related guest requests.

* Coordinate with hotels, resorts, and villa properties to ensure smooth reservation processing.

* Follow up on enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

* Maintain accurate booking records, availability, rates, and payment details.

* Communicate professionally with guests through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

* Resolve reservation-related issues and provide timely solutions to guests and property partners.

* Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.

* Maintain good relationships with property partners and assist in developing new property tie-ups when required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
