Reservation Executive

• Booking and Reservations: Search flight, train, hotel and bus availability and secure domestic or international seats matching client budgets and preferences.
• Ticketing and Issuance: Issue, reissue, and upgrade electronic tickets, confirming accuracy of passenger names and passport details.
• Modifications and Refunds: Process date changes, cancellations, and financial refunds according to carrier fare rules.
• Customer Support: Answer inquiries regarding schedules, baggage allowances, seat selection, and travel insurance.
• Disruption Management: Resolve ticketing errors, delayed connections, or cancellations while keeping passengers informed.

Required Skills and Tools

• System Proficiency: Operational knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Administrative Accuracy: Precision in data entry to prevent costly rebooking fees or name-match errors.
• Communication: Active listening and professional demeanor when handling upset or stranded traveler.

Education : Any Degree

Experience: 1-3 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
