Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Reservation Executive

• Handle hotel reservation requests from travel partners.
• Coordinate with hotels for availability, rates, and confirmations.
• Prepare and share quotations promptly.
• Ensure timely booking confirmations and vouchers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Contracting, and Operations teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong partner relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience can apply.
• Prior experience in hotel reservations, travel, or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple booking requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with different teams.
