Reservation Officer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Reservation professional to join our dynamic team at TCIL CO., LTD' in Bangkok. As a Reservation agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficiently managing hotel reservations. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to Sales Agents inquiries and process hotel reservations in a timely and accurate manner
2. Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure availability, rates and policies are up-to-date
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and enhancing the booking experience
4. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all reservation activities
5. Assist with special requests and handle changes or cancellations as needed
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple reservations simultaneously
4. Proficient in using reservation systems and hotel booking platforms
5. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
6. Familiarity with hotel policies, room types, rates and availability
