Pets in the City Resort and Spa, the area’s most exciting pet care business in Honolulu, is looking for an Enthusiastic Reservation Specialist. We provide high-quality services including pet lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming, and bathing. We provide professional training that will improve your skills and increase your confidence in this position!

The Reservation Specialist will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure exceptional customer service. No cold calls!

Duties

• Answering incoming phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt and professional manner
• Utilizing the company’s proven sales process which ensures overall success
• Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided
• Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with service changes & add-ons

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

• A key requirement for this role is Saturday availability.Saturday shifts are assigned on a rotating basis. Will you be able to commit to this availability?
• In this position you will be balancing incoming reservation requests with the need to sell upgrades/packages. Can you share a time when you successfully upsold a customer or convinced them to choose your service over a competitor?
