QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or any related course
- Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Adept at managing a busy switchboard and having a great phone manner
- Outstanding ability to serve customers
- Good computer skills and familiarity with both internal and external booking systems
- Practical experience accepting payments with credit and debit cards over the phone and in person
- Capable of setting priorities for one's own task and performing well under pressure
