Reservation Supervisor

About the role

This role involves overseeing and controlling the operations of the Reservation department to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing room bookings across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and control Reservation department operations to ensure correctness and efficiency
• Verify and manage room bookings from all channels including Direct Booking, Website, OTA, Email and Telephone
• Check accuracy of Reservation, Room Type, Rate, number of guests and booking conditions
• Manage corrections, changes and cancellations of bookings, including Special Requests and VIP Reservations
• Control and manage Room Inventory to ensure accuracy and alignment with available rooms for sale
• Verify Room Availability, Room Allocation, Stop Sell, Close Out and constraints for each Room Type
• Oversee room sales through OTA channels such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and other online channels
• Verify Rate, Promotion, Package and sales conditions for each Distribution Channel
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to align pricing and room management with Demand and sales situation
• Monitor Pickup, Booking Pace, Occupancy and booking trends to support Revenue planning

About you

• Ability to prepare and analyse Reservation Forecast to assess Occupancy trends and future room sales
• Capability to prepare data and reports on Reservation Forecast, Occupancy Forecast and Booking Trends for management and relevant departments
• Ability to coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue and other departments to ensure room and booking data accuracy and alignment
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to OTA, Overbooking, Room Availability and Reservation
