Reservation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage room reservations, booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
• Handle guest inquiries through calls, emails, hotel website, and OTA platforms.
• Monitor room availability, rates, inventory, and booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for smooth operations.
• Supervise the reservation team and ensure timely responses to guests.
• Maintain daily reservation reports and handle guest requests professionally.
• Support upselling and occupancy improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of WINHMS, OTA extranets, and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.
