Reservation Team - GRO

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer (GRO)/Reservation Staff to join our villa team. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest experience while supporting light operational and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay
• Provide information about villa facilities and services
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in basic inventory monitoring through daily visual checks
  (ensuring items are in good condition, not damaged or missing)
• Coordinate with housekeeping team for simple inventory reporting
• Assist in handling guest payments (POA – Pay on Arrival)
• Coordinate with finance team for payment confirmation and basic reporting
  (no complex accounting required)
• Handling social media activities
  (posting content, take photo and video, editing)

Requirements

• Minimum High School / Diploma (Hospitality/Tourism is a plus)
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Additional language skills (e.g., Russian, Arabic, German, Spanish) are highly preferred
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
• Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
• Web proficiency is a plus.
