Here's the best part: Every customer you'll speak with has already purchased a vacation package. Your job is to help them schedule their getaway, answer their questions, and show them valuable upgrade options like vacation protection and travel insurance so they can travel with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Help customers schedule the vacation they've already purchased.
• Assist guests with travel dates and reservation options.
• Sell vacation protection and travel insurance on the vacation they already bought from us.
• Present exciting vacation upgrades that enhance the customer's trip.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
• Build rapport while creating an outstanding customer experience.
• Accurately document reservations and customer information.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive personality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Comfortable selling products that genuinely benefit customers.
• Reliable, dependable, and motivated to earn bonuses.
• Basic computer skills.
