Reservationist

The Farm at Natchez Trace is a luxury pet resort for dogs and cats, located in Franklin, TN on Hwy 96 (near Hwy 100 - close to Bellevue & Fairview). We’re looking for a full-time Reservationist to join our busy team. If you’re a positive-minded, detail-oriented note-taker who enjoys talking to clients by phone and who projects warmth and professionalism, this may be the perfect job for you!

Our minimum age requirement is 18 years old for all of our positions. We provide medical, dental, vision and life insurance, along with paid vacation and sick time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and texts involving appointments/reservations and general information.
• Making and confirming reservations and keeping pet files up to date using Gingr software program (software training provided)
• Advising customers on Farm services and the options that would potentially suit their pet/s
• Pre-Check-In phone calls to clients to ensure that we have every detail correct before the pet arrives for their reservation.

Skills/Abilities Needed:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to details, and follow protocols.
• Ability to learn a new software system; good basic computer skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently and manages time well: the majority of this position (once fully trained) is working at a desk, on the phone and computer
• Some familiarity with dog and cat breeds and common pet health issues
