• Handle customer’s daily reservations received by phone, fax, email and online channels
• Answer all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally according to hotel standard
• Enter reservations detail accurately
• To maintain the filing system accurately

Job Requirements

• Certificate or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in hotel industry
• Knowledge of using Opera system and MS Office would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Willing to work on shift
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
