Reservations Agent

As a Reservation Agent , you will be responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with their booking requests and maximizing room revenue through effective sales techniques while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations by phone and email.
• Process bookings accurately.
• Promote our services and upsell properties.
• Update reservation systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations departments.
• Deliver outstanding guest service.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.
• Experience in Hotel Reservations department for at least 2 years is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Opera PMS knowledge is an advantage.
