Responsibilities

• Manage, respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and third-party channels.
• Process group and corporate bookings in coordination with the Sales Department.
• Handle reservation modifications and cancellations, following hotel policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with tour operators and booking channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up.
• Follow data protection, payment security, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of work experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems and booking procedures.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Flexible and willing to take the extra step and support the team.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
