We are looking for two experienced Reservations Agents to join a well-established, specialist accommodation booking company in London. They arrange hotel and serviced accommodation for production crews, and they have built their reputation on reliability, strong hotel relationships and a genuinely high level of service. It is a very busy time for them and the business is growing, so this is a great time to join a supportive team.

Reservations Agent - What will I be doing?

Whilst the core part of this role is booking accommodation, it offers a great deal of variety, and no two days are the same. Whether you are arranging hotels, bespoke accommodation, or managing existing bookings, you’ll need to be resourceful, have the ability to multi-task and must be able to react quickly and effectively and meet demanding and often changing deadlines. The position is challenging as well as fun and requires a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to succeed.

Reservations Agent - What experience do I need?

• Ideally you will have experience in accommodation booking
• Serviced apartment or hotel reservations experience is ideal.
• Calm and unflappable, able to make changes quickly when plans shift
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with names, dates and booking information
• A confident, professional manner on the phone and by email
• Well organised, able to juggle several bookings at once
• A team player who takes ownership and sees things through
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

Reservations Agent - What else do I need to know?

This is a permanent, full-time role, based in their North London office every day for the first six months. Once your training is completed there is the ability to work one day a week from home. The hours are Monday to Friday on a rota between 9am and 6.30pm (9.00 to 5.30, 9.30 to 6.00 or 10.00 to 6.30). Salary is up to £32,000, depending on experience. They are looking for people who can start as soon as possible.
