Reservations Agent

Reservations Agent

As a Reservations Agent, you're more than just the first point of contact. You're the beginning of our guests' experience and the person who turns their interest in staying with us into excitement about their upcoming visit.

We're looking for someone with a natural flair for hospitality, a genuine passion for helping people, and that special sales instinct to turn conversations into confirmed bookings. Someone who listens, understands what guests are looking for, and knows how to recommend the perfect stay while making every interaction feel personal and welcoming.

You'll manage reservations across our properties, guide guests through their options, and confidently promote our accommodations, experiences, and services. With a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and an eye for opportunities, you'll help drive bookings, maximize revenue, and contribute to our occupancy goals.

Above all, we're looking for someone who doesn't just process reservations but knows how to create opportunities, build connections, and make guests feel they've made the right choice before they even arrive.
