Reservations & Dispatch Coordinator

The Reservations & Dispatch Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for FBN Limo’s clients, affiliates, and service partners. This role handles transportation inquiries, coordinates reservations, and manages communication between guests, chauffeurs, and management to deliver our promise: “Peace of Mind is our product.”

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Handle ride inquiries, provide approved quotes, confirm availability, and secure reservations.
• Verify trip details, including pickup times, locations, passenger counts, luggage, vehicle requirements, and special requests.
• Coordinate chauffeur assignments, monitor trip statuses, and communicate arrival updates.
• Maintain clear communication with direct clients, affiliates, hotels, and other service partners.
• Coordinate affiliate coverage and support partnership inquiries.
• Confirm payment requirements and booking details before service.
• Manage schedule changes, last-minute requests, and service concerns, escalating matters to management when needed.
• Keep reservation records accurate and protect confidential client and company information.

Ideal Candidate

Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail, with excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills. Must remain calm under pressure, manage multiple requests, and represent FBN Limo with professionalism, discretion, and care.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
