About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airline Reservations Officer, particularly handling Amadeus and Sabre system, to join our team. If you enjoy working in the travel industry, assisting clients, and managing flight bookings and other travel work, we would love to hear from you!
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related course
- At least 1-2 years of experience in handling airline reservations and ticketing, ideally in the travel industry
- Proficient and highly competent in using Amadeus and Sabre systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
