Reservations and Ticketing Agent

Key responsibilities

• Process PNR creation, fare computation, ticket issuance and reissuance, refunds, and EMD processing
• Conduct sales calls and client visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners
• Develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate competitive fares to expand market reach and increase revenue
• Provide support to sales operations as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in the airline, travel agency, or hospitality
• Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and Sabre
• Knowledgable on ancillary services, ticketing refunds, reissuance and EMD issuance
• Knowledgeable in Geography and itinerary planning
• Excellent communication and customer service skills when dealing with passengers, travel agents, and clients
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and responsible
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Adaptable, capable, and quick to learn
• Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and business partners
